Looking back at film..on a cold winter day in Wisconsin

When its this cold and there's no real reason for me to venture out ...Time to work on a project  that I have been meaning to do for awhile .....I have been planning to look at some older neg's , scan and see what the Digital World  can do to enhance them in 2014 ...

Its been awhile since I have done any scanning but this is the original untouched scan from today...

 Below image ..

is a quick enhancement in PhotoShop CS6 from today ....Obliviously when I printed this as a 16" x 20" in a traditional wet darkroom almost ten years ago , the below enhancement was done by dodging and burning..and if I remember right , I spent all day in the darkroom ..But then I spent all day in the darkroom everyday back then.

Thank you Miles Lowry , Jeff Curto , Hans Klemmer and Glenn Hansen and others at College of Dupage for helping in the "Darkroom" so many times...

Cheers ..Tomba
