Day two of the Finals ..Friday's April 11th 2014 photo Gallery

Day two of the Chicago Golden Gloves took placed on Friday April 11th 2014 at the Cicero Stadium ...1909 S. Laramie, Cicero , Illinois.  As always during the GG Finals all 17 matches had the fans on their feet cheering for their hero's.

Tonight's Golden Gloves action of the last night of 2014 Chicago Golden Gloves has the first bell at 8:00 PM ....I'm assuming that if your not in Las Vegas MGM watching the "Pac-Man" do his thing , you will be at Cicero Stadium.

Golden Gloves Saturday March 22nd Photo Gallery

The last day of the semi-finals of the Chicago Golden Gloves took place at the Cicero Stadium on Saturday March 22nd 2014 and I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to photography Chicago Area's finish amateur boxers before a number of them turn "pro" ..

Chicago Golden Gloves Thursday March 21st

There is a drawback to being a primary photographer at a Boxing or MMA event for the promoter ...As the primary shooter the job is to capture "fight action shots" of every fighter..every match ..every win/ lose in the cage or ring.  The drawback is there's normally not enough time to step away from that cage/ ring to tell the complete story of an event.

Tonight during (and after)  the Pro-MMA XFO weigh-in's Kyle Wolff Photography helped me out at the Chicago Golden Gloves.   That gave the opportunity to visit with friends and actually take some none fight pic's ..

The below images are the ones that caught my eye as i was backing up cards ..So I thought I would share..Clicking on image will bring it to a "lightbox"..

If you do not go to the Golden Gloves at Cicero Stadium tomorrow, I will see you at the XFO UIC Pavilion....Cheers

Chicago Golden Gloves March 15th 2014 Photo Gallery Posting

This Saturday was the last night of the Chicago Golden Gloves Quarter Finals (Next week on Thursday the 20th the Semi-Finals start in preparation for the Finals on April 10th-11th- and 12th 2014 heldat Cicero Stadium in Cicero, Illinois .

Unfortunately, I was only able to photography the "Gloves" on Saturday March 15th and do not have any images for the matches on Thursday the 13th or Friday the March 14th.  Ben from Occasion Video will be able to "fix you up" with Video's from any of the Chicago Golden Gloves matches as he is at every match at Cicero Stadium.
