The media and the fans got a chance today to see how trainer Sam Colonna's is doing with preparing Andrzej Fonfara for his upcoming November 16th IBO Lightheavyweigh title match with Tommy Karpency.

and in case your wondering, Sam has worked his magic and Andrzej is looking the "best I have ever seen" ...At one time during the day , I was kind of surprized that he didn't bust the speed bag off its mount.
