2014 Memorial Day Weekend Recap ..

The Lake Beulah "weather gods" smile on us for the Memorial Day Weekend...Here's a few images from a great weekend..a few first ..a few old time favorites ..the best of all worlds in my back yard..

-Nikon D3          -Various lens  70MM ....200MM    -Strobes to subject 30' to 40'

-Neutral density .6 filter

- Advanced Mode checked           HyperSync/ HSS >  HyperSync only (Disable HSS/FP)

Light meter reading at pier 1000@ f 7.1      ISO 250    

Neutral density .6 filter (two stops)  1000@ f 3.6

Next test: 

 ---Set configuration setting at 7 and 6    Note setting when shooting

--- If same conditions set shutter at  1/1600- 1/2000-1/2500- 1/3200 

--- Need Q-Flash reflector QF63B if 75" ???

--- Figure out why there were a few misfires ???
